Equavest Group LLC is the general operating partner to the General Property Investment Fund LP a Florida registered General partnership. The company is funded primarily through self-directed IRA through Equity Trust Company. All of our activities are based in real estate, loaning money to municipalities in the United States and through buying and selling of tax lien certificates. A significant portion of Equavest's rental income is paid by the US Federal Government through HUD into the the General Property Investment fund.
